Notice 11-02-2024 : No registration or election activities may occur on Monday, Nov. 1, 2024. You may still drop off a completed absentee mailed ballot with your signature AND a witness signature as staff can no longer witness your ballot after in person voting has completed. The polls open at 7 a.m., November 5, 2024 and close at 8 p.m.. Anyone in line at 8 p.m. will be allowed to cast their ballot.

Where is the Village Hall?

Village Hall is located within the James R. Ryan Municipal Center at 5635 S. New Berlin Road.  New Berlin Road can be accessed from 121st and Grange Avenue or from 116th Street one block north of Janesville Road.

In what school district is Hales Corners?

Hales Corners is located in the Whitnall School District.  The School District is governed by an elected body, which is separate from the Village Board.

How do I register to vote?

Adults 18-years or older who have been residents of the Village for at least 28 days may register to vote at Village Hall.  Photo identification and proof of residency (such as a utility bill or bank statement) is required to register.  If you have been issued a current and valid WI driver license or WI DOT-issued ID card you must supply the number.  If you have not been issued a WI driver license or a WI DOT-issued ID, you must provide the last four digits of your Social Security number during registration.  Residents should register at the Administration offices of Village Hall Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through the Friday prior to election day.  Voters can register at the polls on Election Day.  Eligible voters can download a voter registration application form here or register online at myvote.wi.gov.
