Should you wish to offer a compliment or address a complaint about any member, please send an email to admin@hcpd.net

Alleged or suspected violations of statutes, ordinances, and departmental rules and regulations by any employee of the Police Department may require a Citizen Complaint Form to be completed in person. All allegations of impropriety on the part of any employee shall be initially reviewed by a supervisor.  The seriousness of the allegation, not the method by which it is reported, will be the determining factor in deciding whether an internal investigation should be conducted.
